Stay in to prepare a hearty homemade meal at the welcoming pantry area of our serviced apartment for rent! It is already fully equipped with Zwillinger cookware and tableware for great meals!
SELF-SERVE LAUNDRY ROOM
Our booking system is open for 24 hours. Please make a separate booking for the washer and dryer in advance and bring your own laundry detergent/powder! 🧺
Each room at our serviced apartment is only allowed to book two washer and two dryer time slots daily from 12:00am to 5:59pm (non-peak hours). For peak hours 6:00pm to 12:00am, each room can book the washer and dryer once a week.
Please follow the booking time slots strictly. If your laundry is left in the washer or dryer/being washed or dried for beyond your time slot, the next resident will remove your laundry and put it inside a laundry bag in the same area.
If you did not make an advance booking and the washer and dryer are not being used, please book the time slot before placing your laundry in for use.

COVID-19 MEASURES AT OUR SERVICED APARTMENTS:
1. What sanitary actions have you taken in your serviced apartments in Hong Kong?
Coping with the Government requirement, everyone who enters our serviced apartment for rent Hong Kong is required to log a record either by scanning the Leave Home Safe QR Code or writing down their contact information. In addition, a hand sanitizer machine is available on every floor of the serviced apartment and the communal area on the 3/F.
We thoroughly disinfect our rooms for our rooms before our new move-ins to ensure that we stay vigilant against COVID 19.
2. What if I have to move-in or move-out in the coming weeks/months?
We are really flexible and adaptive depending on your situation. We do our best to offer you the best move-in experience, despite the COVID-19 issue.
In order to secure your booking at our serviced apartment Hong Kong, or any questions on price, we recommend you to contact our Leasing Team via +852 9313 6680.
After selecting your serviced apartment for rent, our move-in process is simple, our main focus will be the safety of our existing and new members. If you came from other countries and have completed the mandatory quarantine, we would arrange for you to stay in another hotel for another 14 days prior to moving into our serviced apartment in Kowloon. The day before you move-in, we ensure that you do not have any COVID-19 symptoms.
3. Can I terminate my lease before its term ends?
You can notify us via email in a 30-day advance. Upon a clear check-out from our serviced apartment, the pre-paid deposit will be arranged to bank into your given account within 14 working days.
