Laundry Room

SELF-SERVE LAUNDRY ROOM

Our booking system is open for 24 hours.  Please make a separate booking for the washer and dryer in advance and bring your own laundry detergent/powder! 🧺 


Each room at our serviced apartment is only allowed to book two washer and two dryer time slots daily from 12:00am to 5:59pm (non-peak hours).  For peak hours 6:00pm to 12:00am, each room can book the washer and dryer once a week.  


Please follow the booking time slots strictly. If your laundry is left in the washer or dryer/being washed or dried for beyond your time slot, the next resident will remove your laundry and put it inside a laundry bag in the same area.


If you did not make an advance booking and the washer and dryer are not being used, please book the time slot before placing your laundry in for use.

ABOUT OUR SERVICED APARTMENTS FOR RENT
IN HONG KONG - FAQ:

1. Can I receive mail or packages at the serviced apartment?


You just have to address your mail or package to Nathan Residence’s address (483-485A Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei HK) together with your Room Number. We will notify you when mail or package is received. You could collect it anytime during the day on the G/F reception - even at 2am! Absolutely hassle-free!




2. Is there cleaning service and linen change service at your serviced apartment for rent?


Our price includes once every two weeks room cleaning service and linen change. Some residents opt to increase room cleaning and linen change to once every week for an extra charge of HK$400 per month.




3. Do you have restaurants within the serviced apartment?


There are two restaurants serving Thai and Italian cuisine on the first and second floors of our serviced apartment in Kowloon. Our residents benefit from a 15% for the Thai Restaurant and10% for the Italian Restaurant discount from the a la carte menu by showing our cards.




4. Is it possible to move from one room to another?


Yes, as long as there is an available room in our serviced apartment for rent Hong Kong. Please be aware rates vary and so as to deposit. You can contact our Leasing Team directly if needed.




5. Are there car parks near your serviced apartments in Kowloon?


If you plan to park for a few hours or less near our serviced apartments in Kowloon, there is an open top parking lot on Arthur Street and parking meters are available on Portland Street a block away from our serviced apartment for rent.




6. May I smoke in Nathan Residence?


No, we are a smoke-free serviced apartment in Hong Kong.




7. Can you store the extra luggage for me?


Certainly, you could choose from the two kinds of luggage size with a small luggage storage cost per item on a monthly basis in addition to your serviced apartment rental monthly price. You can advise us in advance if you need your luggage back.




8. How to deal with unpleasantness during my stay?


There are House Rules in our serviced apartment in Hong Kong for rental guests. Every resident shall have to comply with the House Rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone at Nathan Residences.





COVID-19 MEASURES AT OUR SERVICED APARTMENTS:

1.     What sanitary actions have you taken in your serviced apartments in Hong Kong?


Coping with the Government requirement, everyone who enters our serviced apartment for rent Hong Kong is required to log a record either by scanning the Leave Home Safe QR Code or writing down their contact information.  In addition, a hand sanitizer machine is available on every floor of the serviced apartment and the communal area on the 3/F.

We thoroughly disinfect our rooms for our rooms before our new move-ins to ensure that we stay vigilant against COVID 19.  


2.     What if I have to move-in or move-out in the coming weeks/months?


We are really flexible and adaptive depending on your situation.  We do our best to offer you the best move-in experience, despite the COVID-19 issue.


In order to secure your booking at our serviced apartment Hong Kong, or any questions on price, we recommend you to contact our Leasing Team via +852 9313 6680.


After selecting your serviced apartment for rent, our move-in process is simple, our main focus will be the safety of our existing and new members.  If you came from other countries and have completed the mandatory quarantine, we would arrange for you to stay in another hotel for another 14 days prior to moving into our serviced apartment in Kowloon.  The day before you move-in, we ensure that you do not have any COVID-19 symptoms.


3.     Can I terminate my lease before its term ends?


You can notify us via email in a 30-day advance. Upon a clear check-out from our serviced apartment, the pre-paid deposit will be arranged to bank into your given account within 14 working days.
