TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Nathan Residences ("NR") is pleased to provide laundry service to you, subject to your compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of NR’s service indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. This agreement is strictly between NR and its customers and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties.

  2. NR will use reasonable efforts to maintain a high quality laundry service. NR accepts no liability for damage due to: (i) normal cleaning of items without care instructions, (ii) items treated in accordance with the care labels or instructions provided by customers; (iii) colour fading, dyeing, shrinking, or otherwise changing as a result of normal washing procedures.

  3. NR reserves the right to refuse to clean any garment. NR does not guarantee the removal of all stains.

  4. NR is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or laundry bags such as money, jewelry or any other item.

  5. In the rare instance that your garment is lost or damaged by NR, we will issue you a refund and/or credit for the value of that garment after taking into account the average life of the garment, depreciation for the age of the item, and the current replacement costs. If the customer is unable to document the age of a garment, the customer can attest to the age but NR, in its sole discretion, may limit the minimum age of any garment to one year. If no current replacement cost is available [e.g. because the item is no longer available in stores], NR may use the replacement cost of a comparable item currently available. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the maximum reimbursement for each individual item is an amount equivalent to 10 times the amount charged for cleaning.

  6. NR shall not be liable for any damage to the goods caused by moths, or other insects or any loss, damage or delay due to fire, flood, Act of God, civil war, commotion, or to any cause beyond the control of NR.

  7. NR's liability shall be limited to general money damages in a maximum amount not to exceed an amount equivalent to 10 times the charges paid by the customer for that particular item that the damages are alleged to have occurred. In no event, will NR be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental or punitive loss or damages, whether or not NR knew or should have known of the likelihood of any such loss or damages. NR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the services rendered to the customer.

  8. Any claim the customer may have in respect of the goods shall be made by notice in writing to the Company within 24 hours from the collection of the goods. Any claim made after the expiry of the 24 hours shall be absolutely barred and has no effect.

 

  1. Nathan Residences ("NR") 很樂意為你提供洗衣服務，但是你需遵從及接受以下條款。你使用NR的服務即表示你同意接受以下條款約束。此協議純屬NR和客人之間的協議，以及無論如何不構成與其他人士有任何關係。

  2.  NR將盡力去維持高水準的洗衣服務。倘若: 衣物沒有護理指示，而在正常清潔程序下有任何損壞 ; NR已按衣物上的護理指示或客戶提供的指示進行指定的清潔程序，但該衣物仍有損壞 ; 在一般的清洗程序下而導致衣物退色、染色、皺縮或變形NR恕不負責。

  3. NR保留權利拒絶接洗任何衣物。NR不保證能去除所有衣物上的污漬。

  4. 對於任何遺留於衣物上或洗衣袋內的私人或不能清潔的物品﹝如金錢、珠寶等﹞之損失，NR恕不負責。

  5. 在絶少的情況下，如你的衣物因NR而損壞，NR將向你作出退款，及/或在考慮到該衣物的平均壽命、折舊和市值等因素下，向你作出賠償。如客人不能提供文件以證明該衣物的年齡，NR有權限制該衣物的最低年齡為一年。如因市場上已沒有該衣物出售而沒有該衣物的市值，NR可能以其他替代品的市值計算。縱使如此，每一件衣物的最高賠償為NR就該衣物收取的洗衣費之10倍。

  6. 需要清洗的衣物，如遇有不可避免之損失，如昆蟲蛀食，或因天災，社會暴動，戰爭，火災，或任何意外事，NR恕不負責。

  7. NR的責任只限於金錢上的損失，並以NR就該被聲稱受損的衣物所收取的洗衣費之10倍為限。無論如何，對於任何隨之發生的、特別的、間接的、伴隨的或懲罰性的損失，不論NR已知道或應該知道的損失，NR概不負責。NR不承認任何就洗衣服務向顧客作出的保證，不論明示或暗示。

  8. 顧客於取回衣物後有任何投訴或索償，需於24小時內以書面向本公司提出，逾期均屬無效，本公司將不受理。
