OUR ROOMS FOR RENT
There are 87 rooms for rent and 100% of them are furnished. Our exquisite studios are recommended for corporate or student accommodations in HK for long stay or short stay in a convenient spot at Nathan Road, the heart of Kowloon.
Sizes range from 80 square feet to the Suite 270 square feet, which makes Nathan Residences one of the most popular fully furnished apartments in HK. Our rooms for rent allow a high flexibility for guests to start with smaller rooms or upgrade when desired, making them most suitable for corporate guests or student accommodations in HK.
Each of our rooms for rent are fully furnished with a variety of bed sizes for selection, as well as fluffy pillows, big window, private bathroom, storage space, 32” TV, welcome bag, gift of bath towel & hand towel and much more. We hope to set our guests at ease so that they can feel right at home. In addition, utilities (water, electricity and gas - capped at $1,000 per month), wifi, bi-weekly linen change, self-serve laundry, and free access to communal areas are included in our monthly rent.

Along Nathan Road, there is an array of shops and restaurants just at your doorstep. If you would like to cook up a hearty meal, our fully equipped kitchen in the communal area is the place. There is a collection of cooking tools, kitchenware, appliances, ovens, fridge and dining area. You are not limited to just enjoying the cooking fun, but also it is a place where you could meet our residents and new friends. If you would like to order food delivery instead, simply pick it up on the G/F when it arrives!
OTHER AMENITIES ON OFFER
Our Lounge and Reading Room are also on the same floor of the communal area where you can relax and chill. It is a good place to mingle with other residents and your friends. What’s more, we also organize festive craft workshops here from time to time.
Bring your laundry powder to our Laundry Room, there are few sets of washing machines and dryers available for our furnished apartment HK residents to use without any additional charge. However, do note that all our residents are required to make a reservation in advance through the online booking system.

At Nathan Residences, we always put your safety first with 24/7 CCTV security services. We conduct regular security routine checking within the building and key card access only to studios and communal areas, making us the ideal secure premises to offer student accommodation in HK.

We always encourage our residents to be energy-saving and reduce disposals. Complimentary water bottles are included in our welcome bag and a Well# smart water station is installed for our residents to reduce single-use plastic bottles. Plus, recycle bins of paper, plastics and metal are available near the communal area for our residents to take part in protecting Mother Nature!
